As McGlinchey’s LGBTQ+ Resource Group, McGlinchey PRIDE’s mission is to create a home where McGlinchey’s LGBTQ+ attorneys and allies feel welcomed, affirmed, valued, and empowered: a rainbow WAVE.

Internally, McGlinchey PRIDE is the home for attorneys, both out and allies, to gather, engage, and express their authentic identities and experiences. McGlinchey PRIDE also serves as an educational resource for all McGlinchey employees, fostering inclusion, acceptance, and pride within the firm.

In the legal and business community, McGlinchey PRIDE works to engender an open, welcoming professional landscape and to improve workplace and career outcomes for LGBTQ+ colleagues.

In McGlinchey’s local communities, McGlinchey PRIDE engages in meaningful activities to promote the well-being and development of our LGBTQ+ friends and neighbors.

McGlinchey PRIDE’s leadership coordinates internally with the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee and other affinity groups, as well as the Recruitment, Human Resources, Business Development, and other departments for the benefit of the firm at large, such as supporting the firm’s efforts at becoming Mansfield Certified in 2023.
