McGlinchey is governed by the Managing Member and the attorneys on our Policy Committee, elected by the firm’s equity members.

Our Executive Director of Administration leads our Professional Leadership Team, which manages everything from operations to finance, IT, business development, risk management, human resources, and diversity and inclusion.

Our Senior Administrators have national reputations in their respective fields, including the International Legal Technology Association, Legal Marketing Association, Association of Legal Administrators, and others. They bring their own expertise and diversity of thought, and they are indispensable when considering the success of our firm, its future, and how we deliver quality service to our clients.

Our Office Managing Attorneys focus on the day-to-day operations and management of the employees and each office.
