44 McGlinchey Practice Areas recognized in 2023 Best Law Firms

McGlinchey is pleased to announce two national practice group rankings and 42 metropolitan practice area rankings in U.S. News – Best Lawyers® “Best Law Firms” for 2023.

The firm received a National Tier 2 ranking in Financial Services Regulation Law, as well as a National Tier 3 ranking in Litigation – Banking & Finance, recognizing the breadth of work and strength of the firm’s Financial Institutions Compliance and Financial Services Litigation teams.

McGlinchey received metropolitan rankings for 42 practice areas, including 19 “Metropolitan Tier One” rankings in Baton Rouge, Cleveland, Jackson, and New Orleans.

The firm added five newly recognized practice areas to its rankings in various metropolitan areas for 2023, including new rankings in the areas of Employee Benefits (ERISA) Law and Labor Law – Management in Baton Rouge and Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law in Jackson. Two practice areas in Baton Rouge, Bankruptcy and Creditor Debtor Rights/Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Mass Tort Litigation/ Class Actions – Defendants, have been newly promoted to Metropolitan Tier 1 rankings for 2023.
