Bickford and Bryant to Speak at 2022 INFiN Money Trends Conference

Members Mag Bickford and Camille Bryant (New Orleans) will participate in two sessions during the upcoming INFiN Money Trends 2022 Conference in Austin, Texas.

On Tuesday, October 11, Mag and Camille will conduct a breakout session on “The 21st Century Workplace: New and Emerging Human Resources Issues.” Issues in today’s workplace require innovative solutions, from staffing, recruiting, and retention to compensation, reasonable accommodations, and continual technological adaption. To accommodate the shifting workforce, an increasing number of businesses are altering their organizational structures. Mag and Camille will address how human resources is changing and what business leaders must do to stay relevant in today’s fast-paced environment.

On Wednesday, October 12, they will present “Identifying and Handling Implicit Bias in the Workplace.” The session will include guideposts for the identification of implicit biases that hinder professional and personal growth and practical concepts to build a better environment for all.
