Ethics – Potential Pitfalls of Internal Investigations

Every other spring, hundreds of lawyers, both practicing and academic, converge on the Tulane campus for the three-day Admiralty Law Institute, the oldest (since 1965) and largest continuing legal education program devoted to maritime law. This year’s working theme is “Sea Change: U.S. and International Admiralty on the Horizon.”
