Financial Litigator Jessica Johnson Returns to McGlinchey’s Cleveland Office
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Jessica Johnson has rejoined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice in Cleveland. Jessica represents clients in commercial litigation and financial services litigation matters in Ohio state and federal courts, with a primary focus on defending banks, mortgage lenders, and loan servicers in state, federal, and bankruptcy court proceedings.
In practice since 2014, Jessica worked at McGlinchey from 2018-2021. Most recently, she handled creditors’ rights work at Logs Legal Network.
“It is my pleasure to welcome Jessica back to McGlinchey,” said Anthony Rollo, chair of the firm’s nationwide Financial Services Litigation practice group. “She has a depth of experience in all areas of financial services litigation that will benefit our clients immensely.”
Jessica is admitted to practice in the state of Ohio and its federal courts, and is a member of the Ohio State and Lake County Bar Associations. She was honored among Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Regulation Law) in 2021.

Jessica earned a J.D. at Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 2014. While in law school, she completed a clerkship with the city of Cleveland. Jessica holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from Miami University and completed studies in Chinese Language and Literature at Liaoning University.
