Financial Litigator Nicole Johnson Joins McGlinchey’s Irvine Office
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Nicole Johnson has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group as Of Counsel, associated with the Irvine office. Nicole’s practice will focus on representing consumer financial services companies in litigation matters.
With 14 years of litigation experience, Nicole represents mortgage loan servicers, loan beneficiaries, foreclosure trustees, and other financial institutions in litigation and in resolving title and regulatory issues.
“We are excited to welcome Nicole to McGlinchey,” said Anthony Rollo, chair of the firm’s nationwide Financial Services Litigation practice group. “Her experience in litigation will further enhance our already robust litigation services in the financial sector. We look forward to providing her insights to our clients.”
Nicole is admitted to practice in California state and federal courts, and is a member of the Long Beach Bar Association.

Nicole received her J.D. from the Chapman University School of Law in 2008. She received a bachelor’s degree with a double emphasis in Marketing and Business Law from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles in 2005.
