Financial Services Litigator Hannah Kunc joins McGlinchey in Cleveland
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that litigator Hannah Kunc has joined the firm as an associate in its Cleveland office.
Hannah practices financial services and commercial litigation in the mortgage, auto finance, consumer protection, and data privacy contexts at the state and federal level. Her clients include mortgage and loan servicers, banks, auto and manufactured housing lenders, and real estate entities.
“I am proud that Hannah has joined our litigation team,” said Shaun Ramey, chair of McGlinchey’s national Financial Services Litigation practice. “Her multi-disciplinary background equips her with a diversity of perspective that will serve our clients well.”
Hannah has experience representing creditors in debt collection litigation. Prior to private practice, she worked in government as a law clerk for the City of Mentor’s Prosecutor’s Office and as an extern for the Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court. She also has experience as a benefit counselor with the Legal Aid of Western Ohio.

Licensed to practice in Ohio, Hannah earned a J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law at Cleveland State University and a B.A. in Law and Social Thought from the University of Toledo. She has been recognized on the Ohio Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list in the area of Creditor Debtor Rights for two years.
