Financing Programs in Today’s Regulatory Environment

On Tuesday, April 12, 2022, Jeff Barringer (Albany) will participate in a panel discussion on financing programs in today’s regulatory environment during the 2022 Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI) Congress & Expo at Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.

Jeff and his fellow panelists will provide an overview of common finance programs for homes located in manufactured housing communities, with a high-level discussion on compliance considerations and a deep dive into current hot issues, such as the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s (CFPB) focus on competitiveness and fairness in the markets, fair housing, and much more.
