Kerry Cummings to Lead McGlinchey’s Fort Lauderdale Office

Kerry brings a wealth of legal expertise and leadership skills to her new role, which will further enhance the firm’s presence and service offerings in the South Florida region. Kerry is a respected litigator with a track record of success in financial services, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, and related mortgage and title matters.

Licensed in Florida, Kerry holds a J.D. from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and a B.S. from the University of Florida. She has been recognized among The National Black Lawyers Top 100 in 2023 and 2024 and the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (Commercial Litigation and Financial Services Regulation Law) in 2021.
