Leading Through Unexpected Change
Read Time: 1 minAdministrators aim to be prepared for just about anything, but 2020 taught us that the sliding scale of “unexpected” can change quickly. These events can include natural disasters, deaths, and regional or national emergencies. Managers must learn to adapt with compassion and take strategic actions to prepare for an uncertain world.
How can administrators pivot to lead an office through an unexpected event?
Florida Regional Administrator Jessica VanTroost will co-present “Leading Through Unexpected Change” to two Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) chapters: the Kansas City ALA on Thursday, April 15, 2021, and the Middle Tennessee ALA on Thursday, April 22, 2021.
The session provides attendees a roadmap to help navigate their firms through major, and often emotional, events. Jessica and her co-presenter, Stacey Ransleben, Director of Office Operations, regularly present on this topic to ALA chapters across the country.
