McGlinchey Adds Louis Rossitto to Consumer Financial Services Group in Houston
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Louis Rossitto has joined the law firm’s national Consumer Financial Services group as an associate in the Houston office. Louis will focus his practice on advising clients on a full range of residential and commercial real estate matters, as well as operational, regulatory compliance, and transactional issues for consumer finance clients.
Before joining McGlinchey, Louis served as an assistant city attorney for the City of Houston, where he assisted the City and its residents in resolving land use issues, litigated land use violations in district court, and represented the city in negotiations and proceedings.
“We welcome Louis to McGlinchey,” said Mark Edelman, chair of the Consumer Financial Services practice group. “His diverse experience in the real estate area makes him a valuable addition to the Consumer Financial Services team, and we know our clients will benefit from his insights.”
Louis was also previously an attorney with Freedman & Price, P.C., where he conducted numerous trials for the collection of consumer debt. Before starting his career as a lawyer, he worked in the personal investment industry.

Louis received his J.D., cum laude, from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in 2007. He received a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 2001 from Stephen F. Austin State University.
