McGlinchey Adds Financial Litigator Aleksandr Altshuler to New York Office
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey is pleased to announce that Aleksandr “Aleks” Altshuler has joined the firm’s Financial Services Litigation practice group as Of Counsel in the New York office.
Aleks has extensive experience in financial services litigation including creditors’ rights and debt collection, as well as commercial litigation and corporate law. He focuses on complex lender liability and workout litigation and has deep knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protection Act, and New York state consumer protection laws.

Aleks is admitted to practice in New York state court as well as the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts in New York.

Aleks received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2011, where he served as president of the school’s Business Law Association. He received a bachelor’s degree in finance, magna cum laude, from Bernard Baruch College – CUNY in 2007.
