McGlinchey Attorneys Update ABA’s The Law of Truth in Lending (Fourth Edition)

Members of McGlinchey’s Financial Institutions Compliance team authored and co-authored several chapters in the latest edition of the American Bar Association (ABA)’s The Law of Truth in Lending. This resource for business lawyers and corporate and financial service executives provides updated, comprehensive coverage of Truth in Lending law compliance, disclosure, and private enforcement. In addition, Member Lynette Hotchkiss (Nashville) co-edited the publication.
