The Secured Finance Network (SFNet), the non-profit association that publishes The Secured Lender, was founded in 1944 and serves as an essential resource for all organizations and professionals who deliver and enable secured finance to businesses. SFNet fosters a vibrant community by bringing together diverse people, data, knowledge, tools, and insights that effectively put capital to work. Baton Rouge attorney Marshall Grodner serves as a member of SFNet’s Education Committee, which develops schools, workshops, seminars, and other activities designed to provide ongoing education to network members. He is also on the Editorial Board for the SFNet Compendium of Secured Finance Law.
