McGlinchey Promotes New Members, Counsel in 2021

- Joseph Apatov (Ft. Lauderdale)
- Camille Bryant (New Orleans)
- Sarah McMillan (New Orleans)
- T. Dylan Reeves (Birmingham/Nashville/Jacksonville)
Alfred Carry (Washington) has been promoted to Of Counsel.

Joe practices in the firm’s Commercial and Consumer Financial Services Litigation groups. Joe litigates on behalf of financial services clients in both state and federal courts, with an emphasis on defending banks, mortgage lenders and servicers, automobile finance companies, and private-label card issuers. A substantial portion of Joe’s practice involves consumer class action litigation. He has been recognized in Florida Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” and in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch (Commercial Litigation). Joe earned a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, where he participated in the Duke-Geneva Institute in Transnational Law, and graduated with a B.A. in Philosophy with Honors from Pennsylvania State University – University Park.
Being named a Member at McGlinchey is momentous for me particularly because Black women make up less than 1% of Partners at law firms. I am grateful that McGlinchey has given me an opportunity to grow and bring others along with me.

Camille is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment and Products Liability practice groups. She guides employers through a wide range of employment law issues, and uses her science background to represent manufacturers in all phases of products liability litigation including trial. Camille received the 2019 A.P. Tureaud Award by the Greater New Orleans Louis A. Martinet Society and was named 2019 Outstanding Young Lawyer by the National Bar Association – Women’s Law Division. She has also been recognized as a Louisiana Super Lawyers “Rising Star” and in New Orleans CityBusiness’ “Ones to Watch: Law.” Heavily involved in the legal community, Camille is current President of the Greater New Orleans Chapter of the Louis A. Martinet Legal Society, Inc., and Past President of New Orleans Association for Women Attorneys, among many other leadership and volunteer positions. Camille graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Southern University and A&M College.
I am excited about the promotion to Member and looking forward to continuing to work with my fellow McGlinchey attorneys to provide excellent service to existing and future clients.

Sarah is a multidisciplinary litigator representing regional, national, and international clients to address issues in areas such as products liability, toxic torts, construction, and insurance defense. She is an Honorary Research Faculty Member in the School of Law, University of Aberdeen, Scotland, UK, where she was formerly a faculty member, and has been involved with Tulane Law School’s Civil Litigation Boot Camp Intersession program since its inauguration. Sarah is also a member of the editorial board of the ABA’s SciTech Lawyer publication, which covers issues relating to science and technology and the law, and serves on the ABA’s SciTech book publishing board. She graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Law degree and a Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Aberdeen, Scotland, School of Law and holds a Masters of Law (LL.M.) with distinction in International and Comparative Law from Tulane University Law School.

Dylan is an experienced trial attorney who represents companies in a broad range of business, corporate, and commercial litigation, products liability, shareholder disputes, toxic torts, class actions, title insurance defense, multidistrict litigation, and structured settlement and annuity transfers. He has multiple published opinions from the Alabama Supreme Court. He has been recognized as a Mid-South Super Lawyers “Rising Star” (Business Litigation), and in Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch and Birmingham Business Journal’s “Rising Stars of Law.” Dylan earned a J.D. cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law, and a B.A. in Political Science from Samford University.

Alfred holds a J.D. from Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law and a B.A. in Foreign Affairs from the University of Virginia.
