McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce the election of four new Members, effective January 1, 2016.

Jeffrey Barringer practices primarily in the area of consumer financial services compliance. He received his J.D., summa cum laude, from Albany Law School in 2007, and his B.A. in Economics, magna cum laude, from Hartwick College in 2002.
R. Carter Burgess‘ practice includes the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights, real estate, consumer financial services litigation, and commercial litigation. He is a 2008 graduate of the Florida Coastal School of Law, where he received his J.D., cum laude. Burgess received his B.A. from James Madison University in 2003.
Kimberly Y. Smith Rivera practices in the areas of consumer financial services litigation and employment law litigation. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 1996, and her B.A. in Psychology and Communication Studies, summa cum laude, from Taylor University in 1988.
John T. Rouse concentrates his practice in the areas of business litigation, class action defense, commercial litigation, consumer financial services, transportation defense, and general litigation. A 2004 graduate of the Mississippi College School of Law, Rouse also holds an M.B.A. in Marketing and Management Information Systems from the University of Mississippi in 2001. He received his B.B.A. in Computer Information Systems from Delta State University in 1999.
