McGlinchey Stafford Names Managing Attorney, Adds Four Attorneys, in Fort Lauderdale

McGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that Randy Dow, a seasoned litigator who joined McGlinchey Stafford in February 2014, has been promoted to Managing Attorney of the Fort Lauderdale, FL office, and that four new attorneys have joined the firm’s Fort Lauderdale office: Kathleen Angione, Kerry Ann Cummings, Evan Raymond and Allyson Sartoian. All four new attorneys will practice in the firm’s Commercial Litigation Group.
“The addition of these outstanding attorneys will strengthen our commercial litigation practice in Florida,” said Randy Dow. “We are excited to continue to expand our practice in response to the needs of our clients in South Florida.”
National law firm McGlinchey Stafford first entered the state of Florida in 2010 by opening an office in Jacksonville, which was followed one year later with an office in Fort Lauderdale. In just four years’ time, the firm’s attorney count in Florida has grown to over 30, with twenty lawyers practicing in Fort Lauderdale, and eleven in Jacksonville. Nationwide, McGlinchey Stafford has more than 190 attorneys in twelve offices across seven states and Washington, DC.

ABOUT THE NEW ATTORNEYS
Kathleen Angione has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the commercial litigation section. She has extensive experience in mortgage litigation, consumer financial services litigation, real estate litigation, bankruptcy, and general commercial litigation. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center (magna cum laude) and her B.S. from Florida Atlantic University.
Kerry Ann Cummings has joined the firm as an Associate practicing commercial litigation. Cummings represents financial institutions in mortgage litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate litigation and title issues. She received her J.D. from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
Evan Raymond has joined the firm as an Associate handling commercial litigation. He primarily represents financial institutions in resolving consumer protection violations and federal and state-specific statutory violations, as well as residential mortgage, condominium and homeowner’s association litigation. Raymond earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from Stetson University, and his B.A. and B.S. from the University of Florida.
Allyson Sartoian has joined the firm as an Associate in the commercial litigation section of the firm. She represents banks and other lenders in consumer financial services litigation and bankruptcy matters. Sartoian received her J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law and her B.S. from the University of Florida.
