McGlinchey Welcomes Litigator John Murray to Cleveland Office
Read Time: 1 minMcGlinchey Stafford is pleased to announce that John Murray has joined the firm as an Associate Attorney in the Cleveland office. John represents financial services companies, from mortgage servicing and auto finance companies to bank and non-bank lenders, and others. His practice focuses primarily on litigation related to charges brought under federal and state consumer protection statutes.

Prior to joining McGlinchey, John worked both as outside counsel and in-house managing collection services for a commercial credit management company. He has worked on matters ranging from commercial debt disputes to construction litigation and mechanic’s lien laws. He has litigated contract disputes, real estate, and entity formation matters, and has created and updated corporate policies and contracts.
“John makes an excellent addition to our litigation team in Cleveland,” said Shaun Ramey, Chair of the firm’s Financial Services Litigation group. “His background in debt collection and commercial litigation positions him to give holistic advice to our clients nationwide.”
John earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and holds a B.A. in Political Theory and Economics from the Ohio State University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and New Jersey.
