McGlinchey Welcomes Omomah Abebe as Associate Attorney in Irvine

With a focus on consumer financial services, real estate, and commercial litigation, she counsels clients on constitutional and statutory claims, consumer claims, and business disputes.
“Omomah’s unique skill set and diverse experience make her an outstanding addition to our growing team in California,” said Michelle McCliman, Managing Member of the Irvine office. “We are confident that she will contribute significantly to the suite of services we provide to clients nationwide.”
Before joining McGlinchey, Omomah practiced at a large global law firm. While there, she was seconded to work for a major software corporation. She handles every aspect of litigation, from preventive advice to case assessment, motion practice, discovery, trial preparation, and appeal in state and federal courts. She also assists with HOAs and landlord/tenant disputes, and other litigation.

Licensed in California, Omomah earned her Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law and a B.A. in American Studies from the University of California, Berkeley. She is a member of the California Lawyers Association, California State Bar, and the National Bar Association.
