Mortgage Lending-Focused Partner Joins McGlinchey In DC

Member Jim Milano (Washington, DC) was profiled by Law360 on March 28, 2023 on his recent move to McGlinchey.

“I have very deep and long relationships with many McGlinchey attorneys that go back, in some cases, 35 years or more,” he said.

Moving to McGlinchey will also give him and his clients the chance to take advantage of a larger platform, he said.

“My skill set is really consumer financial services compliance and, within that broad circle, a focus on residential mortgage lending and servicing. … There’s a lot of things going on that I was getting involved in that McGlinchey attorneys are working on, particularly in fintech,” he said. “I was doing a lot of that at my prior firm, and I feel like here I have more resources and a bigger platform.”
