On November 18, 2021, Drew Patty and Marshall Grodner (Baton Rouge) will co-present a webinar on “NFTs, Tokenization, and You: Lessons for Business Lawyers” for the American Bar Association Business Law Section.

The webinar will offer an introduction to how digital assets and intellectual property are tokenized as NFTs, a review of some of the unique issues raised by tokenized intellectual property rights, how the UCC treats NFTs related to IP- and Digital Assets as collateral in secured transactions and the potential impact of the newly proposed UCC Article 12 on such transactions.
