Over 70 Midsize Law Firms Achieve Mansfield Certification

Managing Member Michael Ferachi (Baton Rouge) was quoted in a May 2023 article by Law360 on McGlinchey’s recent achievement of the Mansfield Certification, which involves tracking the number of lawyers from underrepresented groups considered for leadership positions.

Michael Ferachi, the managing member of McGlinchey Stafford PLLC, which received Midsize Mansfield certification, told Law360 Pulse that the firm found the program very useful.

“We’re excited about having completed it, and we’re pleased with our efforts,” he said.
