Pick Me! Pick Me! – Considerations from Legal Support Staff in Choosing a Court Reporting Firm

Court reporters and the firm they work with are critical players in a legal case, especially a big litigation case. Many times legal support staff are tasked with choosing the court reporting firm and seeing that deposition, hearing, or trial from start to finish; from sending the notice for scheduling to review of the final invoice.

Strategic Operations Administrator Jessica VanTroost (Jacksonville) will participate in a panel discussion on choosing a court reporting firm during the 2021 NCRA Business Summit on November 21, 2021, in Savannah, Georgia. The panel will discuss what they look for and consider in choosing a court reporting firm, likes and dislikes in court reporting operations, and tips for court reporting firm staff to make your firm stand out from the rest.

The NCRA Business Summit is a must-attend event dedicated to business owners and managers of the captioning and court reporting professions that promises attendees useful information about leadership, security, finances, body language, and the state of the court reporting industry.
