Pulling Back the Veil on Law Firm Power Dynamics

Managing Member Michael Ferachi (Baton Rouge) was quoted in a March 6, 2023 Law.com article on the topic of transparency and power dynamics in law firm management.

Michael’s quote came from a January Law.com Pro Mid-Market webcast that he participated in, which was centered on maintaining and strengthening client relationships. During the webcast, he addressed the topic of how “quiet quitting” can become an issue with clients.

“We have a saying–if you’re not contacting your client, someone is,” Ferachi said during the webcast. “We can’t afford–none of us in this industry–to lose clients because we failed to keep in touch with that client.”
