Rudy Cerone Named Among Lawdragon’s 500 Top U.S. Bankruptcy Lawyers for 2024

McGlinchey is pleased to announce that Rudy J. Cerone has been included in Lawdragon’s 2024 list of 500 Leading U.S. Bankruptcy and Restructuring Lawyers. Rudy is a Member (Partner) of the firm and Chair of the Creditors’ Rights, Financial Restructuring, and Bankruptcy Group.

He counsels secured lenders, bondholders, equipment lessors and other stakeholders in workouts, bankruptcy proceedings, and collateral recovery involving multiple industries, including retail, health care, gaming, cannabis and energy. He also defends clients against lender liability claims, class actions, and sanctions proceedings.
