Three McGlinchey Attorneys to Participate in CCFL Spring Consumer Financial Services Conference

Members of McGlinchey’s Financial Institutions Compliance and Financial Services Litigation teams will participate in multiple sessions during the upcoming Conference on Consumer Finance Law (CCFL) Spring Consumer Financial Services Conference at Loyola University Chicago School of Law in Chicago, Illinois.

Jim Milano (Washington, DC), Chair of the CCFL Governing Committee, will offer Opening Remarks before the conference begins on Thursday, May 30, 2024.

On Friday, May 31, 2024, Ben Gross (Irvine) will co-present “The Consumerization of Small Business Lending.”

Kelly Lipinski (Cleveland) will co-present “Student Lending: Bankruptcy, Loss Mitigation, and the Holder Rule.”
