I pride myself on being relatable and accessible in every client interaction. I want my clients to really understand what their lawyer does for them, and I approach every case/client/issue as if it is my most important one to date.
Gillian Miculek McCarroll focuses her practice on representing businesses in complex civil litigation across Louisiana. A strong writer and communicator, Gillian is skilled at distilling complex legal concepts into clear, concise, and effective language, whether drafting pleadings and motions to file in state and federal court or writing client memorandums.
During law school, Gillian clerked in McGlinchey’s New Orleans and Baton Rouge offices. She also interned with the East Baton Rouge District Attorney’s Office and was a senior editor of Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center’s Journal of Energy Law and Resources. She enjoys drawing from the analytical and problem-solving skills she developed as an accounting undergraduate student and working collaboratively with clients to reach their collective goals.
As a first-generation college and law school graduate, Gillian cares deeply about being accessible and removing barriers that make legal knowledge seem inaccessible or overly complicated. She strives to craft communications that are jargon-free and understandable to lawyers and non-lawyers alike.
