Jenn Cacciatore* is a Director of Licensing in McGlinchey’s New Orleans office. Jenn oversees complex licensing projects, including 50-state licensing, changes of control, and address and officer changes. She also handles multiple types of licensing renewals and reports throughout the year. Jenn’s experience in licensing spans all consumer financial services industries, including Fintech, mortgage, automobile finance and leasing, direct and indirect consumer lending, commercial lending, and collection agency and debt collector licensing.

Jenn is proficient in obtaining licenses through the Nationwide Multistate Licensing System (NMLS) and works directly with state regulatory agencies. She also attends the NMLS Annual Conference and the American Association of Residential Mortgage Regulators Annual Regulatory Conference each year.
