Jessica Bozell represents various corporate clients in an array of civil litigation. Her clients come from the maritime, transportation, construction, insurance, financial services, restaurant, retail, real estate, and other industries. Jessica works on issues ranging from breach of contract, fraud, and business disputes to trucking and casualty cases, torts, and equipment liens.
Jessica’s work ethic and attention to detail position her well to defend client interests, whether in writing, around the deposition table, or otherwise. She approaches each matter as a learning opportunity and asks thorough questions from start to finish to present a comprehensive, compelling strategy or argument.
During law school, Jessica clerked in McGlinchey’s Houston and Baton Rouge offices, and she has diverse clerking experience in a number of firms. At LSU Law, Jessica was a Senior Editor for LSU Law’s Journal of Energy Law and Resources’ Executive Board. She also served as Barbri’s Head Student Ambassador for the law school and on LSU Law’s Board of Advocates. Jessica was one of the first recipients of LSU Law’s Graduate Certificate in Estate Planning and Taxation.
