In representing insurance clients, Lauren’s solid knowledge of and experience with of the statutory and constitutional regimes governing the industry set her apart from others in the field. In first-party and third-party matters alike, Lauren gets deeply involved in the nitty-gritty details when preparing for trial.
Along with her insurance company clients, Lauren also represents large regional transportation companies in all manner of issues, ranging from trucking companies and freight transportation to parking and shuttle services. She has jury trial experience, manages appellate and class action cases, and provides consulting and advisory services to the transportation industry.
Lauren is capable to effectively managing a robust first party property docket, sometimes working more than 150 cases at a given time. Based on her experience following Hurricane Ida’s destructive impacts to south Louisiana in 2021, Lauren is comfortable providing thorough representation for her insurance clients at the high volume of matters which frequently follows large natural disasters. Likewise, her proficiency extends to limiting clients’ liability in traditional casualty matters, spanning claims related to products liability, construction defects, premises liability, and others.
