Margeaux collaborates with attorneys, practice group leaders, and the Strategic Growth Committee to develop and implement national recruiting strategy; facilitate recruiting of lateral hires across all offices; assist with the summer clerkship programs firmwide; manage oversight of annual recruiting budgets in each office, and act as a resource for the Associate Professional Development and Diversity Committees and senior firm management.

Prior to joining McGlinchey, Margeaux worked for a national legal recruiting agency for four years. She was tasked with the opening and day-to-day operations of the agency’s new Richmond, VA office as well as the expansion of the agency’s Washington, DC office. During that time, she managed a team of more than 200 lawyers in large scale litigation and built a database of 1,000 contract attorneys, paralegals, and other legal professionals in the Mid-Atlantic Region. She was responsible for full-cycle recruiting, client development, client relations, and human resources.
