Advising clients in Texas and in many other states across the country, Dwayne counsels institutions on mortgage lending, automobile finance, and insurance defense issues. Additionally, he steers clients around the complexities that arise in real estate, title insurance, and eminent domain cases. Dwayne serves as the Managing Member of the firm’s Dallas office.
